I found the lesson on title sequences really useful because I have never taken note of most of the things we learnt. We have looked at a lot of film openings and the title sequences last a lot longer than I originally thought they did.
Title sequences seem to have a standard layout, being;
company idents, presents (e.g 'summit entertainment presents'), title, main actors, supporting actors and then everything after is the people involved in the production side e.g editors, producers, casting etc
